Important Update: Payment Policy for Online Orders

In an effort to improve service efficiency and ensure timely order processing, La Vita Living Products is implementing a new policy regarding online order payments. From now on, all online orders must be paid in full within three working days of order placement. If full payment is not confirmed within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.
This policy helps us manage stock availability and fulfil orders promptly for our customers. Once an order is placed, customers will have a window of three working days to complete payment. La Vita Living Products will send a payment confirmation, and only once payment is received will the order be processed and prepared for dispatch.
We understand that this may require some adjustment, and we encourage all customers to plan accordingly to avoid cancellations. This policy allows us to maintain a smooth and efficient ordering experience, ensuring that products reach customers as quickly as possible.
