Apply after washing your face, and before using serum or moisturizer. Simply spritz directly onto the entire face, while avoiding the eyes. If you want a little more control, you can spray the toner on a clean cotton pad and go over your skin until the pad is clean, let your toner dry before putting on the next product like a serum or a moisturizer. Use in the morning and at night.
