To access the dashboard, login to your profile on the La Vita Living Products website and click on the 'dashboard' button. 


An order placed for the distributor currently logged in.

This is an order in which multiple distributors can be added to one online profile. A cart is created for each distributor, with each distributor responsible for payment of items in that individual cart.  

1) 

When you are on the distributor profile log-in page, click the 'Register' button.
This will take you to a form that you need to fill out with all your information needed to register your profile on the website, including username, password, email address and other details. You only need to register once.

After you have completed the registration form with a valid email address, an email from LVLP will be sent to the email address
in order to verify that it is your email address. This is called a verification email.

3) 

The verification email contains a link in the body of the email that you are required to click to fully verify your email address and complete the registration. Clicking the link will redirect you to the website log-in page where you can log in using the username and password you chose during registration. 

Every independent distributor must have an individual username and password to log into your online La Vita Living Products account.

Visit our website and log into your account by clicking ‘Login’ in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Your username and password will be your South African ID number – you can change these settings after you have logged into your profile.

Step 1: Contact us at info@lvlp.co.za to request an account reset. Please include a proof of identification with your request to expedite the process.


Step 2:  Once we've received your request and verified your ID, we will reset your account. You will be notified via email or phone once the reset is complete, allowing you to start fresh.

You will receive an email from La Vita Living Products when payment for your order has been confirmed and paid in full. This email will also confirm that delivery of your order is being processed. 

You can also view your order logs on the dashboard of your online profile. All updated information on payments and order status will appear here.

You will receive another email from La Vita Living Products once your order is ready for collection.?

There is a special barcode on your collection confirmation email called a QR code – it looks like a square with small black blocks in it. You can keep the email and QR code on your phone or print out the email and QR code. Bring this printout or your phone with the email to your La Vita Living Products, WITH YOUR ID DOCUMENT, to collect your order. 

The branch will scan the QR code and check your ID to confirm you receive the correct order.

You will receive an email from La Vita Living Products when your order has been received. This email is not confirmation of payment. Another email will be sent to confirm that payment has been received.

Online orders can be placed any time, day or night on the La Vita Living Products website. 

But please remember, orders will only be fully processed on weekdays during office hours.

Orders made on weekends will only be processed the following weekday after payment has been confirmed.  

Orders will not be processed on public holidays. 

After placing your online order, you will have three (3) days to finalise payment.  

If payment is not received after three days, the order will be cancelled and deleted from the La Vita Living Products ordering system. 

Please remember that month-end usually experiences a steep increase in online orders, so payment confirmations and order processing may take longer to complete and be delivered. 

Please allow enough time for your orders to process, payments to be confirmed and your goods to be delivered.

?Individual online orders can be done in 9 EASY STEPS:  


1 Go to www.lavitaliving.co.za - click on the ‘Login’ button at the top right-hand corner.


2 Register


If you have not registered for online purchases, click on the register link at the bottom of the login page and fill in your ID number, email address and choose a password for your account.


An email from La Vita Living Products will be sent to your email account, asking you to activate the account. Once you have activated the account, you can log in and start making your purchase.  


3 Log in


If you have already registered for online purchases, you can simply log in using your South African ID number as username and password.


4 Select the order type you want


This is the page where you choose to place a single or group order. 


Select ‘single order’ and you then click on the 'shop' button to begin adding items to your order.


5 Choose the products you want to order


The Shop screen is where you will see all the products available to order. 


You can open each product page separately and place your order. 


Each individual product page has a description of the product and under is the option to select the number (quantity) of that specific product you would like to order.


Enter the quantity and choose a Single Unit quantity or a Case Credit quantity for each product.

REMEMBER: Case Credit quantity is how many units you need to order to receive 1 distributor credit.

 

6 Add to Cart


When you have selected your product and quantity, click the ‘Add to cart’ button to add these to your final order. 


You can continue browsing for more products and continue adding these products to your cart. 


7 Check your order


Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of any page on the La Vita Living Products website and open a list of all the products and the quantities you have added to your order. 


You can make sure you have ordered the right products and the right quantity of each product. 


8 Checking out


Click on the ‘checkout wizard’ option on the cart page, and this will assist you select your shipping/delivery options, as well as help you complete the payment for your order.


You can select the shipping option to have your order delivered direct to you or you can select to have your order sent to your nearest La Vita Living Products branch for pick-up. 


For the direct shipping option, please fill out the space provided with a detail physical delivery address, including street number, street name, suburb and town or city. 


Don’t forget to provide a postal code to assist with delivery.


For the option to have your order delivered to a La Vita Living Products branch, please select the nearest branch you want to pick up your order from. 


You can also use the checkout wizard to select your payment option, and provide the relevant banking information needed to finalise and confirm payment. 


All spaces marked with an asterisk * are required to finalise your order.

9 Finish up


Once you have completed all the necessary steps and provided the essential information, you can click on the 'Place order' button to finish up the purchase. 


You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. Final payment will need to be confirmed before the order is processed and delivered. 



A few IMPORTANT things to remember when individual ordering online:

 

Your original online order will be valid for three (3) days until your payment has been fully confirmed. Only then will the order be processed and delivered.

Deliveries normally take between 3 to 5 working days but there may be a delay by a day or two, depending on the area where the order is being delivered to. 

Yes, all group orders over R7,500 qualify for FREE DELIVERY. 

Free door-to-door delivery to selected cities and towns in South Africa is only valid for individual orders over R3,560 or group orders over R7,500. But La Vita Living Products can arrange a special delivery to you for a nominal fee.

Some items qualify for free shipping, if the free shipping criteia has been met (for individual orders free shipping is applied when the order total is more than R3,560. For group orders free shipping is applied when the order total is more than R7,500). Some items which do not quality for free shipping will not be added to the free shipping calculation.

A surcharge of R20 will be charged per kilo or part thereof when the free shipping criteria (R3560 for single orders, R7500 for group orders) has been met but the weight of the order is greater than the free shipping limit (10kg for single orders, 20kg for group orders).

La Vita Living Products can deliver to most South African towns and cities, in all provinces, but for security and logistical reasons, certain high-risk and isolated areas, towns, suburbs and rural regions are excluded from delivery. Examples include Eastern Cape, Flagstaff, Kroonstad, Kutlwanong, Motherwell, Mqanduli, Port Elizabeth, Wepener, Whittlesea. 

Yes, we can deliver to any of our branches in South Africa. 

?Orders can qualify for free shipping if certain criteria have been met: 

Individual orders must be R3,560 or more to qualify for free delivery. 

Group orders must be R7,500 or more to qualify for free delivery. 

There are weight limits for orders, to qualify for free delivery/shipping. 

Individual orders over R3,560 BUT must be UNDER 10kg.

Groups over R7,500 BUT must be UNDER 20kg.  

Certain promotional items will do not qualify for free shipping and will not be added to the free shipping total. Please check the terms and conditions of specific promotions and items for more information. 


?Even if your order qualifies for free shipping/delivery, for safety and logistical reasons, any large bulky orders that exceed weight criteria will have a surcharge included.

The surcharge is R20 per kilogram will be added to the final total payable, on the following: 

  Individual orders over R3,560 and OVER 10kg.

  Groups over R7,500 and OVER 20kg.  


Promotional items can only be added to cart and paid for while the promotion is valid. All promotions are for a limited time only. Please check the relevant promotions on the website for valid dates. 

Add your spouse or a new member to your distributor group by contacting your nearest La Vita Living Products branch for assistance, as there are forms that need to be completed in person.?

?La Vita Living Products’ policy for returns is simple: The person who receives the proceeds of the original purchase, is responsible for the refunding of money and/or the replacement of goods back to the downline distributors and customers. 

The line relationship hierarchy should be followed: 

Customers – distributors – sponsors – company

Only when differences cannot be resolved at all levels of the hierarchy, should the company be approached to assist in finding a resolution to the issue. 


Distributors who would like to terminate their relationship with the company and want to return unsold, sealed products purchased within the previous thirty (30) days, MUST: 

Complete a Product Return Form and return all unsold sealed products, along with proof of original payment, to La Vita Living Products, to receive a refund. 

Once received, La Vita Living Products will refund distributors with a cheque issued by the company’s head office. 

The cheque will be issued for the amount equal to the cost price of the product returned, originally paid by the distributor. 

The following deductions will be a made from this amount: 

Any bonus received by the distributor from the original purchase of the returned products. 

A once-off service charge of twenty (20) % of the wholesale price of the returned products, to cover handling and shipping costs. 

 

Once goods have been returned and money refunded, La Vita Living Products will terminate the distributor from the Profit Plan and their network will be moved to that distributor’s sponsor’s network.
